Men's sexual health is an important issue finally

Did you know that the PC (Pubococcygeal) muscles
are an important element for men's sexual health and your prowess
in the bedroom?
To locate the PC muscle is easy. While urinating,
squeeze to cut off the flow of urine. You have just flexed your
PC's! This movement is called a Kegel.

fitness:
To find out what kind of shape your penis and PC
muscles are in try this: Achieve a full erection. Now clamp down
on your PC muscle as hard as you can.
You should notice an immediate increase in penis
size as more blood is forced into the penis chambers. If your
PCs are stong, you will get an instant 1/4 inch increase in size
and possibly more!
If you get only a small increase or don't see any
increase at all it's time to work those PC's! The best way to
do this is by practicing Kegels.
How to Kegel:
A Kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. As previously mentioned, you can isolate these muscles by stopping and starting the flow of urine.
So to strengthen the PC's, just flex, squeeze and release. Start with just a few a day and build up to a good 100 squeezes. Do this a few times a week and your PC muscles will soon pass the sexual health test!
